University Grants Commission for Bangladesh Job Circular 2023 Apply Process
In University Grants Commission for Bangladesh Circular 2023, interested candidates have to send the application form by post or courier. Interested candidates should fill up the prescribed application form provided by the Bangladesh University Grants Commission Authority and reach the designated address by 11 January 2023.
Address for sending application: Bangladesh University Grants Commission, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1206.
The application form must be received during office hours. No application will be accepted after the stipulated time.
All that needs to be sent along with the application form
The application form has to be sent by filling the prescribed form. Below is a list of all the documents that need to be attached with the application form.
- CV according to the table.
- Pay order / bank draft of Tk.1000 / – for posts 1 to 6 and Tk.600 / – for posts 7 to 12 in favor of Secretary Bangladesh University Grants Commission. (Non-refundable).
- Attested copy of all examination certificates or testimonials.
- 3 recent passport size photographs of the candidate.
- Attested copy of experience certificate.
- Certificate of citizenship and certificate of character.
- Quota certificate in case of quota holders.
- Certificate required in case of tribal or disabled candidates.
All the candidates interested in the application must send the mentioned documents along with the application form. In case of failure to send any required documents, the application form of the said candidate will not be accepted.
UGC Job Circular 2023 Instructions
Below are some general guidelines for interested candidates as opposed to Bangladesh University Grants Commission Recruitment Circular 2023. All interested candidates have to follow these instructions.
- The name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- Candidates who have passed the written and oral examinations will be nominated for final appointment.
- Candidates currently employed in any organization must apply through the appropriate authority.

- If any kind of information is concealed in the application form and it is proved later, the appointment of that candidate will be canceled and action will be taken against him as per law.
- The University Grants Commission reserves the right to cancel the recruitment notice without giving any reason.
Ugc gov bd Job Exam Date 2023
At the end of the application process, the recruitment committee will select the candidates from among all the applicants. Initially selected eligible candidates will get the opportunity to participate in the recruitment test only.
If the date of examination is fixed by the recruitment committee, all the selected candidates will be informed via SMS to the designated mobile number. All the candidates were instructed to keep the mobile number mentioned in the application form open at all times.
UGC Admit Card Download 2023
After the date of examination is fixed by the authority, SMS regarding download of admit card will be sent to the candidate’s mobile. The said SMS will inform the candidate about the date of examination, name of the examination center and all the information related to the download of admission card.
Once the Admit Card is issued, you can download the Admit Card by using the User ID and Password by clicking on the Download Admit Card option provided below.
