Unique ID (UID) will be the unique identity card of all students of classes VI to XII under the government initiative. This ID will contain all the basic and educational information of the student. The Department of Secondary and Higher Education has taken a decision to create unique IDs for all students of classes VI to XII.
Data entry of Unique ID started from 17th January 2022 and recently extended till 31st December 2022. All the students have to download and fill the form from online within this stipulated time.
All information of the student will be stored digitally in the unique ID. From now on no class will have student rolls one, two or three. The roll number contained in the unique ID should be used for each class.

2 copies of recent passport size photograph of the student
Copy of student’s birth registration certificate
Copy of National Identity Card of the student’s parents and guardian where applicable
Copy of birth registration of student’s parents and guardian where applicable
All students of class VI to XII must collect unique ID. And special care should be taken while filling the form for Unique ID. Precautions that must be taken are:

Education and all other information
