To be appointed to the post of Area Manager, the candidate must have three years of practical experience working in the relevant or equivalent position. The candidate must have the ability to manage a loan balance of 25 to 35 crore, Taka, in at least 6 to 8 branches. Candidates will be paid 4500 to 5000 Taka as an overnight allowance in addition to a fixed salary. The candidate must be proficient in motorcycling. It is mandatory to know computer programs and internet usage.
Area Manager
To be appointed to the post of Branch Manager, the candidate should have at least one year of practical experience working as a branch manager in the loan program. It is mandatory to know computer programs and internet usage. There is a free single accommodation facility for candidates for the post of Branch Manager. The candidate must be proficient in motorcycling.
Branch Manager
For the post of Assistant Accounts Officer, new candidates have to work for 6 months as apprentices. Candidates with one year of experience will not be eligible for any apprenticeship. During the 6 months training period, the candidate will be paid a monthly salary of 12 thousand rupees. Candidates for the post of Assistant Accounts Manager should be able to manage daily financial transactions through software based on the branch. Candidates must be computer literate for this post. There is a free single accommodation facility for candidates. It is mandatory to know computer programs and internet usage.
Assistant Accounts Officer
In case of new candidates for the post of Field Officer, 6 monthly training periods will be applicable. If the apprenticeship is satisfactory based on evaluation, it will be regularized. Apprenticeships will not be applicable for candidates who have at least one year of experience working in the micro-credit program. There is a free single accommodation facility for candidates. It is mandatory to know computer programs and internet usage. The candidate must be proficient in motorcycling.
Field Officer
Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in legal aid work in the loan program for the post of Legal Officer. Candidates recruited for this post will have to work in the regional offices of the organization. There is a free single accommodation facility for candidates. It is mandatory to know computer programs and internet usage.
Preference will be given to candidates interested in working in Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, and Sylhet divisions for all the posts.
