First SMS: DIP <Space> User ID send to 16222.
Second SMS: DIP <Space> Yes <Space> PIN send to 16222.
If the first message SMS is sent correctly, a PIN number will be sent in the return SMS. In case of second SMS, the PIN number has to be used.
Payment of application fee will be completed by sending SMS according to the above-mentioned method and having the prescribed amount of money. Once the application fee is sent, the user ID and password will be sent to him through a confirmation message of mobile number. You need to save that user ID and password for the next generation.
