- To apply, first enter the website http://cdc.teletalk.com.bd or click on the Apply Now option given above.
- Click on the Apply Now option on the next page.
- Now select the position as per your requirement in 15 positions and click on next option.
- Fill out the application form by providing all your information and submit. Be sure to review all the information before submitting the application.
If any kind of wrong information is given in the application form or evidence of information forgery is found, the application form will be rejected by the authority.
DGHS Job Circular 2023 Application Fee
Application fee must be paid within 72 hours of submission of application form in DGHS New Circular 2023. Fee for 16th grade candidates is 112 Taka and for 20th grade candidates is 56 rupees. Application fee can be easily paid by sending two SMS from Teletalk SIM. The rules for payment of application fee are mentioned below.
First SMS: Send DGHSC<space> User ID to 16222.
After submitting the online application form, the User ID mentioned in Applicant’s Copy has to be provided here.
Second SMS: Send DGHSC<space> YES <space> PIN to 16222.
If the first SMS is sent correctly, a PIN number will be sent to the candidate in the return SMS. In case of second SMS, you have to use the PIN number.

The recruitment notice application process and payment of fees will start from 20 March 2023, published by the Department Authority. Candidates will be able to apply online till 21 April 2023. No application will be accepted after the stipulated time.

Directorate General of Health Services Circular 2023 Condition
The Directorate General of Health Services Circular 2023 has revealed some conditions for application. These conditions are given below-
- In case of appointment of candidates for the said posts, the decision taken by the authorities of the Department of Health will be considered as final decision.
- The Authority may, in any case, amend or modify the addition of any condition to the recruitment notice.
- These appointments are entirely temporary, applicable to all those who have completed the term of the project and no commitment will be made to the appointment of permanent revenue posts.
- The posts will be automatically terminated at the expiry of the total salary contract scheme and the appointment letter of the candidate will be treated as a letter of resignation.
- The authority may reduce / increase the mentioned posts or cancel them if necessary.
- The latest rules and regulations of the government will be followed in the appointment.
- Candidates working in any organization must show the permission letter of the appropriate authority before the oral examination.
- Only apply online. Applications from any other medium will not be accepted.

After the completion of the application process, the candidates selected by the Department of Health will be informed about the examination schedule and information about the center through SMS.
Therefore, the mobile number mentioned in the application form should be kept running at all times. Only selected candidates can participate in the recruitment test. No SMS will be sent to ineligible candidates.
