BLRI Circular 2023 Application Fee: In BLRI Circular 2023, application fee has to be paid by sending SMS from Teletalk SIM within 72 hours of completion of application. Application fee for posts 1 to 4 is 112 Taka and application fee for posts 5 and 6 is 56 Taka.
First SMS: BLRI <space> User ID and send to 16222.
After submitting the application form, you will get your User ID in the Applicant’s Copy.
Second SMS: BLRI <space> Yes <space> PIN and send to 16222.
If the first SMS is sent correctly, the candidate will be given a PIN number through the return SMS. The PIN number has to be used during the second SMS.

Only candidates between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply for the post. Age limit can be relaxed up to 32 years only for disabled candidates and children of freedom fighters. The age of the candidate will be determined as on 25th March, 2023. No affidavit is admissible in this case.
