Bangladesh Army Job 2023 Circular

A new circular has been published for the recruitment of men and women as soldiers in the Bangladesh Army. Brief information regarding the circular is mentioned below.
Detailed information has been given in the recruitment circular published for the purpose of recruiting eligible candidates for the post of soldier of Bangladesh Army. Candidates who have passed minimum SSC and equivalent examination can apply through SMS and online.
Apply through SMS and Online from 10 December 2023 to 31 January 2023. Both procedures are to be followed in case of application.
Both male and female candidates must pass minimum SSC and equivalent examination (minimum GPA 3.00) to apply for soldier post.
To apply for general trade, the age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years and not more than 20 years as on March 3, 2024.
In order to apply for technical trade, the age should not be less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on March 3, 2024.
Physical Fitness
For both general and technical posts, male candidates should have height of at least 5 feet 6 inches and weight of at least 49.90 kg. Chest size should be 30 inches in normal condition and 32 inches in inflated condition. Height is relaxable up to 5 feet 4 inches in case of candidates belonging to minority castes and other communities.
In case of female candidates, physical height should be at least 5 feet 3 inches and weight should be at least 47 kg. Chest size should be 28 inches in normal condition and 30 inches in sprite condition. Height is relaxable up to 5 feet 1 inch in case of candidates belonging to minority castes and other communities.
Also all candidates male and female must pass health test and must be unmarried and know how to swim.
Army Sainik (Soldier Post) Application Rule
There are three steps to be followed to apply for army soldier posts. Step three is mentioned for the convenience of all interested candidates.
1st Step: First of all candidates need to send first 3 letters of SAINIK SSC Board, exam roll, side year, district code and trade code to 16222. If the SMS is sent in this manner, the mobile number of the candidate will receive a return SMS.
2nd Step: In the second step send an SMS with the PIN number available on the mobile in the following manner-
Write SAINIK YES PIN NUMBER and send it to 16222.
200 Taka will be deducted as application fee at the time of sending this SMS.
3rd Step: 1 User ID and Password will be given to the candidate mobile number after SMS is sent in the second step of application. Candidates have to login to https://sainik.teletalk.com.bd website using said User ID and Password. Application form should be filled with proper information.
